NBSC Advances Digital Transformation with IMIS Module 4: Document Tracking System Training
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) continues its digital transformation journey with the conduct of Module Four of the Integrated Management Information System (IMIS) Training Series for the Government Integrated Administration and Management System (GIAMS). The training was held on September 24, 2025, at Dream Golftel by Dream Residences, San Miguel, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
This session gathered the College’s Document Control Custodians, the frontline personnel responsible for receiving and routing files and documents. Module Four focused on the Document and Process Tracking System, a key component in ensuring efficient, transparent, and accurate flow of institutional records.
The training was facilitated by the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) team, led by Ms. Trishan Lucagbo, who provided a comprehensive discussion and demonstration on how document tracking and processing are systematically executed within GIAMS.
GIAMS, a flagship digital innovation of USTP, is being adopted by NBSC through a strategic partnership, aligned with the vision of NBSC President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, to fully embrace digital transformation across the institution.
Through this initiative, NBSC reaffirms its commitment to modernization, aiming to streamline operations and strengthen its capacity to deliver efficient public service in the digital age.
